The room was super comfy with loads of cupboard space and a big bathroom. Great location next to a post office and a nice pub. The staff were all friendly, especially the young guy behind the bar. The nearby villages like norton st phillips are just fine!

Cozy stay with great food
We had a comfy night in a spacious room with an awesome shower and bath. The pub was nice, but it only opened Fri-Sun, a bit annoying since we wanted a drink on a Monday. Breakfast was spot on! The cleanliness and room size were big wins for us.

The staff were so nice and cute, was like home. Room was tidy, comfy bed, and had good storage. The atmosphere in the pub was really chill, played board games and had fun. Loved having a lactose free breakfast too, really appreciated that!
There was no food or drink available and the town is super small with not many dining options.

Great stay in a charming village!
Loved our week here! The bus stop right across the street made it super easy to pop into Bath. Rooms were spacious and very clean, and the pub downstairs had some of the tastiest roast dinners we've ever had. Just wish the pub got a bit loud at night, but it was all part of the vibe.

The room was tidy and cozy, perfect for a quick getaway. The bed felt luxurious, and I appreciated the ample storage space. There was a lovely atmosphere in the pub area, and the availability of board games made it a fun place to unwind. The staff were friendly and cute. Breakfast was decent, especially since they accommodated dietary needs. The bar and restaurant were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, limiting dining options. It would have enhanced the stay if there were more clarity regarding the schedule. Access to transportation was a bit tricky. I noticed no shops close by, so having a car is ideal. The location is serene and offers a charming country feel, but more dining options would be a plus.

Fantastic stay with attentive service
We had a fantastic three-night stay with a cozy clean Superior King Room, amazing location just across from a bus stop to Bath. The manager, Shaun, was helpful was good, while the evening meal was a highlight. The breakfast options could have been improved, as only a continental selection was available and we missed out on some pre-ordered items.
